If banging another ball around is your forte, Columbus Country Club is your one stop shop for all things tennis.
Our Tennis Staff is excellent. Tennis Director, Paul Kobelt, USPTA, is supported by two highly experienced Assistant Head Professionals and four Staff Professionals.
We offer a full range of lessons, clinics, adult and junior travel teams, social tennis leagues and special events for all ages and ability levels from early May through September.
Our six Har-Tru courts, four of which are lighted and two hard courts are open from early May through late October.
Summer Tennis Shop Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 4 pm
Wed - Thurs: 5:00 - 8:30 pm
Weekends: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Balls & towels will be left out at other times for members to use daily. Members may also call for the key code to access the shop and restrooms.
Columbus Country Club also boasts two platform tennis courts and two pickleball courts which are open for year-round enjoyment.
Our fully-equipped Pro Shop, complete with tennis apparel, up-to-date line of tennis rackets, balls and accessories is open throughout the tennis season. The Ball Machine is available for no charge during shop hours of operation.
Guest Fee is $10/per guest. An in-town guest is allowed only five visits during the season.
Tennis Facilities
Pro Shop:
Opens full-time for the season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, part-time during May and September. Stocked with racquets, balls, string, grips, hats, visors, men's and women's apparel.
Ball machine and racquet restringing available. Ice and towels available all day every day from May through September.
